undefined error deleting sample users

I installed surgarcrm yesterday, and am trying to delete the sample data that was loaded upon installtion. I have tried to deactivate "seed users" in the admin settings that didn't work. On trying to delete users from the contact tab or any other data, I get the following error in a JavaScript alert "undefined2undefined" (2 is the number of datasets I am trying to delete, so if I try and delete 4, I get undefined4undefined

Also, maybe related: I am missing the uninstall and delete buttons in the patches section, so I can't uninstall a patch that is not working (Google calendar patch for the calendar)

Recreate the js language files in admin/repair and this goes away. About the uninstall button I wouldn't know - this usually happens if you use an "old" version with a "new" database (no link between physical file and db entry. Try to repair relationships
