Undefined errors in Studio

Hey,
I am running CE 6.1.0 and I get the following error when I try to export module customizations and also when I click on Relationships in any of the modules within Studio. I compared SubPanelDefinitions.php to the original and there is absolutely no difference. Any ideas? The only thing to add is that this may have started after I removed two custom modules that had relationships.

Hi Brett

Make sure the apache user has recursive read and write access to /ApolloData/html/extranet.xxx.net/.

Thanks for the fast reply. I double-checked the recursive permissions and apache user does have recursive 777 access.

Well, it looks like is has to do with the fact that I deleted a custom module that had relationships associated with it. For some reason, something went wrong when I deleted the custom module.

I am still working to fix this but at least I have something solid to go on.

I got it fixed!

I had a backup of the custom module from before I deleted it. After I re-installed it, everything started working again.
