When I'm creating a new contact, when I link that contact to an Account I receive the following message:

The Page at http://www.domain.com says:

undefined

Primary Address: Street
City: City
State: ST
Postal Code: Zip
Country: Country
Office Phone: 555-555-1212

I have found a couple similar instances in the Forum, however not this exact one, and none of the proposed solutions of the others worked here. Also, I did not have this issue with the previous version, and this is a clean install. Therefore, I have posted this as a bug as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
