"Undefined variable" error in ZuckerDocs

Here is my system:
OS: Windows Server 2003
DB: MySQL
Webserver: Apache
CRM: SugarCRM 5.0.0e CE
KT 3.5.2 and ZuckerDocs 2.0d

ZuckerDocs is installed with guide in http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/downl.../README_1st.txt. Installation is good. When I click the ZuckerDocs tab, this warning display and I don't see any things in ZuckerDocs' page.
Error: 82Notice: Undefined variable: result in C:\Program Files\ktdms\sugarcrm\modules\ZuckerDocs\Forms.php on line 82
Open above PHP file, line 82 is: return $result;
