undefined3undefined error...

So I'm running Sugar 5.2.0c...

When I go to the "Calls" list, and try to do a mass update, I get a popup that says "Undefined3undefined"... I also get strange errors whenever I try to use Studio, all based on this "undefined" error. In fact, I seem to be getting a lot of 'undefined' errors.

Any suggestions??? Advice or help is much appreciated!

Somehow one of your folders doesn't have the right permissions. Search the forum for "undefined" and you'll find several possible answers. Changing folder permissions fixed it for me. Here is a guide on that, assuming you're on Linux. Otherwise, please post your system details so people can help.

Yup, the installation is sitting on a Linux server... I'm going to go through that guide and make sure everything's squared away with the correct permissions, then go from there.
