We sent an email campaign and received about 40 "undeliverable" email messages in our outlook mailbox, but the status report in SplendidCRM did not pick up and flag these email addresses. Is this a known problem and is there a fix for it? Can the problem email addresses be flagged after the fact or is this a manual process now?
We need to get a solution for this before the next campaign which is scheduled very soon.
We are using: SplendidCRM Community Version 4.0.3580.14035 (SugarCRM Version 4.5.0)
