Uninstall a custom module by hand

Hi together,

I've messed around with modules now I want to uninstall my module, but it doesn't appear in the Module Loader?
I've already deleted all files concerning the custom module, but I think I forgot sthg., because when I try to repair the Extensions, the program tells me that the module dictionary is missing (because I've deleted it ),
Can anyone tell me where the repair function gets the info which custom modules are on?

have you checked /custom/application/Ext/Include/modules.ext.php file? it's auto generated when modules are installed.

I have a custom module

I wanna delete / uninstall this module and delete also from tabs

But this module does not placed in MODULE LOADER

How can i uninstall and delete all
