I'm a very new user of the Community Edition of Sugar and proficient enough to use the Studio, but not familiar with coding. I'm using version 5.1 on a Windows 2000 server and have customized the Project module with a great number of custom fields. I spent a great deal of time carefully setting the layout in both the edit and detail views with all the custom fields I created to suit our business needs, and all worked great.

Until...

Today I discovered an additional field that I needed to add. After creating it and going to the Edit layout, adding then deploying it, I find the previous layout I created somewhat jumbled. It appears that some of the fields (but not all) have switched columns. For example, where in a row I previously had a custom checkbox field labeled "601 Filed" in the first column, and a custom checkbox field labeled "STA Filed" in the second column... they are now reversed. As not every row switched the fields in the columns, my information is now jumbled.

Also, there were several rows where I had a label in the first column and used a filler in the second, or vice versa, and today the fillers have disappeared and the custom field now spans both columns.

Additionally, some fields that I had set to span an entire row, have been compressed into one column while another similar field set to span an entire row has been compressed and placed into the second column.

Any ideas as to what is going on? I've been unable to find any reference to this kind of problem in the forums. I hate to think that, anytime I might need to tweak our custom fields, I'm going to face the arduous process of rearranging the layouts entirely. As we're new to using this type of program and are concerned with customizing it to suit our specific needs, it is expected that we will have to do a lot of tweaking.
