Up Grade Help

Hello Sugar World,

I am sure someone out there can help me, I am trying to upgrade my version of SugarCRM from 4.2.1c to 4.5.0f. When I open my current version of Sugar and enter the admin panel and then click the Upgrade Wizard I am gerring the following error:

"Error 400!
INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later."

What do I have setup wrong? I have never had this kind of a problem with past upgrades.

Were you ever able to figure out the problem? I have the same error while trying to upgrade from 4.2.1b to 4.5.0f. I've never had a problem upgrading before.

Hi there, no I never got it to upgrade and I never recevied any help. I think it has to do with PHP5 and Mysql. You need to be running PHP 5 and MYSQL 4.1.2 or better.

Let me know if you find anyting out.

Same problem here as well if anyone knows the answer to this please help. I think it all started becuase I have it installed in a directory called sugar421a and the upgrade scrip was looking for a dir called sugar4.2.1a but now I can't even get into the wizard.

Any help would be much appreciated

What exact version of php are you using 5.0.23? 5.1.6? you need to be specific as there are specific versions of php that has bugs that sugar does not work with. It is really critical that you be precise in telling what versions you have of all the componets nessary to run sugar like OS, Webserver, Database and php version.
