Update calculated fields

I have a calculated field I want to update every night, I think I can use a scheduler to run a script. What would the code look like just to run through every record in a module and update the calculated fields?

You could write your own php code in an external oage which access sugar crm database and compute desired info.

Then you can create a scheduler and configure it to access your page's url.
