Update Employees Privileges

We have a user that I need to grant update privileges too in the Employees section. I don't want to give her full admin rights but, as an HR function, she needs to be able to keep employee address and contact information up to date. I'm not seeing anything under employee privileges that grants this.

Any ideas?

We're using the Community edition Version 5.2.0f (Build 5688)

I'm afraid the best thing to do is to developp a shortcut for this person giving her access only to user/employee information.
In 5.5.1 Sugar has develop a new right but it gives access to all User / Role + Team (pro only) and you're not able to split this right.
