Hi,

I'm new to SugarCRM and I'm trying to configure a simple workflow. Basically, I want to update a field on all the contacts in my Target List for a campaign when the status of that campaign is changed. I've tried the simple workflow configuration as follows and it doesn't seem to work:

1.) Add workflow for Campaign module, which applies to new and existing records.
2.) Set Conditions for change on Status filed (when status goes from Active to Complete).
3.) Create action to "Update field on related module".
4.) Choose "Update field(s) in a related Contacts"
5.) Set Assigned User as <my user>.

The workflow conditions are working properly as I have also set an alert in this workflow and I'm getting the email. I'm guessing that I'm misunderstanding step 3 in my above list. Any help on how to do this would be great. Thanks!
