Update Query question

I want to mass update the records in the leads. I have another CSV file that I want to import but I do not want it to create new leads as it will be duplicated leads. However what I want to do is just update some of the fields that have been changed. Could anyone advice me on how to do it.

As i understand you need to update existing records and i can say that existing sugar import functionality can't help you.

In the situations like this situation we wrote custom sugarcrm code.
