Hello friends, we hired a new server (plesk 9), and we need update sugarcrm 4.2.1d because this version of sugar look like don't be compatible with the software of the new server (php 5.x and mysql 5.x).
So I'd like to be sure of this, if this version of sugar isn't compatible with the new server, and we must update it.
And how would be the process to update sugarcrm?
I know I have to do it in some steps:
- Download and install: SugarOS-Upgrade-4.2.1-to-4.5.1l
- Download and install: SugarCE-Upgrade-4.5.1-to-5.0.0i.zip
- Download and install: SugarCE-Upgrade-5.0.0-to-5.2.0a.zip
For example, if I update until this version. Is this process correct?
I hope your answers,
Daniel

Decir que para los sugars que apenas tenían datos, decidí instalarme desde cero un sugarcrm versión 6.1.7 directamente, y meter los pocos datos manualmente. De esta manera me ahorraba la actualización algo tediosa...
