I have a number of users complaining of having a problem when they are saving/converting a lead. When convertint the lead, they are reporting that Sugar does not complete the transaction. When updating the lead (clicking save) the browser displays a blank page with no error message. When the user goes back to the lead, any updates that were put in are not recorded. This does not happen on every update for this particular user but enough to make working difficult.
When converting a lead, some users are seeing the opportunity being created, but the lead information is not carried over, and the lead status still being reported as assigned.
I have not been able to reproduce this error.
All users are remote users accessing Sugar through various types of internet connectivity - broadband wireless, cable, wifi etc.
