Updrade/Module Loader Blank Page

Hi Everyone,

I have a working OS Sugar CRM, except for the Upgrade Wizard and Module Loader. The page is coming up blank.
I did thread http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16602 and still no resolution.

I have all the relevant requirements, correct version of apache, php and mysql but I can't get this to work.

Any help is always appreciated.

Sir, please find attached the apache log file. I noticed this problem when trying to install Zucker Report on the system.

Any clue in the apache log?

Hi,

Based on hint from Ruchida, I found that the manifest.php file name was wrong. After changing the file name I could upload Zucker report except for some folder permission on Metadata, Theme and Include. All working on Module upload.

Unfortunately, Wizard upgrade is still showing a blank page.

Will check apache log again.

But this may not be a resolution if you can not re-compile php.

Thanks Sanjay and ruchida,

I will check the wizardupgrade and sugar log and revert back. Will check the wiki also.
I am assuming the following error http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...nction_posix_g etpwuid()_during_upgrade_to_or_install_of_4.5.. is actually the cause to the upgrade problem.
