Upgrade from 3.01a to 4.2

Hi.
Im looking for a way to upgrade my data from sugarcrm 3.01a to last final version available (4.2b)
How can i do this?
i've tried importing my CVS data, but theres no matching between the fields.
I guess i must get the 3.01b patch first and all the rest of following versions patches later, is this right?
if its, where i cann get the corresponding patches?

its true that i need to locate some files called like "sugarsuite upgrade xxxx to xzxxx"
now, the question is:
where i can get this file to upgrade from 3.01a to 3.51?
in the sugar page, the 3.5.1 its the older version from upgrade, my sugar version was released before 3.5.1 version
