I am trying to upgrade my Sugarcrm to 4.2. I was in the 3.5.1 version and made, after lot of changes (like alter the php.ini), the upgrade till the 4.0.0. But now whem I try to install the 4.0.1 I received a blank page and the message...
The latest version of SugarCRM is 4.0.1. Please visit www.sugarcrm.com to acquire the latest version.
I read all threads in the forums, tried a lot of suggestions, but still in the same situation.
I don't know what to do.
How could I uninstall the sugarcrm? I will try to install the last version from scratch....
If i cannot upgrade, I think that is the best solution!
