    Question Upgrade to 4.5

    Our company already has sugar CRM and we want to upgrade to open source version 4.5 but I need to know will the layout of sugarCRM be maintained as in fields, data, contacts etc. Is there a way incorporating/import features for the new version. How is the upgrade performed.

    Any help would greatly appreciated...
