I want to upgrade my existing 4.2.1 installation to 4.5. The upgrade wizard states that I have to set upload_max_filesize to at least 6MB. The value on my domain is 2MB. Unfortunately my domain host has not responded to my requests to change this value and I do not have acces to change this myself. Is there another way to do the upgrade?
