Upgrade error from 4.5.0c to 4.5.0d

When trying to update, I get the following error message:
"Required steps must be completed before continuing.
The zip file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed."

I cheked in the sugarcarm root and there is the file.
-rwxrwxrwx 1 apache apache 1632 Aug 11 13:11 manifest.php

Where is sugarcrm looking for this file?

Are you using the OS or PRO version of Sugar? We have upgraded two PRO cusstomers to 4.5.0d without problems.
