    Default Upgrade Problem

I am using SugarCRM 5.2.0c and I am using the Upgrade Wizard in the Admin panel to perform an upgrade to the latest Release Candiate.

All System Checks come out okay for the first step of the Upgrade. The second step I identify the zip file Upgrade-5.2.0-to-5.5.0RC2.zip and begin to upload the zip file. (At this point, the file begins to upload and I can see the upload progress bar become active.... and then all of a sudden, the screen refreshes and I am taken back to the main page of our SugarCRM installation.)

I then go back into the Upgrade Wizard and see that I am at the second step, to choose and upload the Upgrade zip package. The same thing happens over and over again.

Anyone got any ideas what is going on with the upload in the Upgrade Wizard?

    Cheers

Sounds like you need to adjust some of your PHP settings to avoid the timeout...

This article has some suggestions on the topic:

Also take a look at the set_time_limit setting.
