    Default Upgrade question

The server we had sugarcrm running on died and we had a newer backup of the php than of the SQL (I think). We had upgraded CRM to the newest version (as of when I'm writing this) but after the server died we got the SQL back from a backup (as well as the web code). I have a few questions...

SugarCRM reports that it's version is 3.5.0a from "about" in the web interface. Does it get the version number from SQL or from a file?

How can I tell if the version of the SQL we are running matches the php we have and if it doesn't match, is there a way to upgrade whichever is older while the other one is newer?

    Thanks,

    Adam

The Answer is Both the Database (config table) and file (<sugarbase>/sugar_version.php)
