Upgrade stuck from 5.5.0 to 6.1

Hello,
I am using Community edition of Sugarcrm. I tried to upgrade the sugar both through the silent upgrade as well as through logging in through admin panel.

1.Through Admin Panel:-

I have logged in to admin panel checked with pre-requisites for upgrade and made the necessary changes accordingly and restarted the web services and them selected the upgrade option, it has shown up with four steps. In the 3rd step I have selected the patch for the upgrade and it has show an message after upload as the patch has been uploaded. In the forth step, I didn't find the Next button in other to commit the upgrade.It halts there.When I log out and log in back it directly takes me to the third step and not option for the selection of upgrade.

2. Through Putty
I have uploaded the patch and tried to upgrade through silent upgrade, when I have executed the script it displays me with an error message as "The version is not compatible" But I have uploaded the compatible patch for the version which I would like to upgrade for.

3. I have tried doing the same by downloading the code and database on to my local PC, here also same problem.

When checked in to the log files, it displays the error as Mysql:145: Error: Table tracker crashed.
In order to repair this I have followed the following process:- login to PHPMyAdmin selected the "Tracker" table and there is an option you will find at the bottom as repair. I have selected repair then It displays the message as "Ok".

Once this step is done , when I go to the admin panel for upgrade It takes me to directly 3rd step where it has uploaded the patch.

Retried with Silent upgrade too, but no progress same error.

Sugarcrm Version:- 5.5.0
Server:- Linux
apche:-2.X
MySql:- 5.X
PHP:- 5.3

It seems that there could be a problem with your upgrade patch. Download the working patch from the following link
