    Default upgrade sugarcrm from 4.5i to 5.2

    Dear all,
    I need your help to solve my issue.
    I have a SugarCrm 4.5.i installation on my server, with customer data.
    I need to upgrade this release from 4.5.i to 5.2, importing customer data.
    Which is the best way to do it?
    I tried to do it with sugar imports...but lots of issue like dropdown with different values caused many error and failing in the import.
    Could anyone help me to solve my issue?

    The SSugarCRM migration scripts are available from SugarForge.... here: http://www.sugarforge.org/content/downloads/

    You will need to upgrade from 4.5.x to SugarCRM 5.0.x then upgrade further to 5.2.x

    Read the release notes and implementation manuals.

    BACKUP your current SUgarCRM instance and data BEFORE starting.

    BACKUP your SugarCRM instance and data at each stage of the upgrade.

    TEST the newly upgraded SugarCRM after each upgrade.

    If you are running 4.5.0x you need to upgrade to 4.5.1x through Upgrade Wizard
    If you are running 4.5.1x you can upgrade to 5.1.0c using silentUpgrade, then upgrade to 5.2.0j also using silentUpgrade.

    Thanks for your help but I'm going crazy...

    I tried to follow your help, ugrading from 4.5.1 to 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2, but in upgrade script I have many skipped queries that cause my sugar doesn't work correctly after upgrading.
    How can I solve it?
    I used wizard upgrade, not silent upgrade, following manual. Could someone give we if there is a version of 4.5.x from which upgrading to 5.x has been tested and works correctly?
    I tried from 4.5.1g, 4.5.1i to 5.0.0a, 5.1 and other, but always skipped queries.
    Is there someone who performed such operation without issues?

    We had successfully upgraded through silentUpgrade.php from 4.5.1* to 5.1.0c.
