Upgrade Sugarcrm 5.1.0 to 5.2.0. It does not have all the menus

I upgraded sugarcrmCE 5.1.0 to 5.2.0k with the wizard Upgrade, it finished perfect but I can not see all the menus that has the new version, for example Marketing, Collaboration. Could somebody help me?. Thanks

Windows 2003 server
Sugar Comunity Edition 5.1.0
MySql 5.0.5.1
PHP 5.2.5.5
ISS V6.0
