After a couple of months of running the OS version of Sugar--fully upgraded to 4.2.1b--our management team decided today to move to SugarPro.

Software purchased, downloaded, and then, as directed in the documentation, I downloaded the SugarSuite-to-SugarPro-Upgrade-4.2.1b.zip file, uploaded it via the Upgrade Wizard, and committed it.

Bang. I get the Sugar main login screen.

Tried again. Nope. No upgrade either.

I would appreciate some advice; we can't very well continue the purchase (we purchased via PO) if the software won't upgrade and/or we can't keep our existing data.
