    Unhappy Upgrade teething problems

    Hi there,

I recently upgraded my SugarCRM from 4.5.1d to 5.0.0d. The machine acting as my server is running windows vista 64 bit. To perform the upgrade I had to perform a clean installation of 5.0.0d as the upgrade wizard would not work, on either my vista machine or my xp sp2 machine. I then copied the contents of the sugarcrm folder in to the new one and then used the quick repair and build feature

Everything seems to be fine apart from 2 issues that are more annoyances than anything else.

Firstly, when I create a case I normaly do so from with a customers account and previously the customers account name was automatically filled in. This is also the case with 5.0.0d unless I select full form when filling in the details for the case. If I do this I then have to fill in the account name manually. The only way I can get around this is to write the case subject, save it, and then reopen it.

Secondly, all of the last viewed tabs display exactly the same thing, the last thing I looked at.

Has anyone else had these problems and could any one suggest a fix please? I'd be most greatful

    TIA Tracey
