Upgrade Wizard Call to undefined function upgradeUWFiles()

Sigh, yet more problems with the upgrade wizard. I haev 4.5.0c installed, trying to use the wizard to upgrade to 4.5.0d.

Getting to the step where you choose the zip file and click upload. I click next and the following appears:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function upgradeUWFiles() in D:\vhosts\ftoperations.net\httpdocs\crm\sugar\modu les\UpgradeWizard\upload.php on line 106

Any ideas now?

Thats weird I tryed it again it worked.

Perhaps a session var wasnt defined properly or something.
