    Default Upgrade Wizard: File Permissions Failed

    We're receiving the following error (see attached file) when trying to add a module via the Upgrade Wizard. I have verified that all files and folders specified in the SugarCRM installation manual have the required permissions set.

    Server: Windows 2003 Standard Server 64-bit
    Webserver: IIS 6.0 (Running in 32-bit Compatibility Mode)
    PHP: Version 5.2.8
    SugarCRM: Professional 5.2.0a (Build 5447)
    Database: MSSQL 2005 (9.0.4035)

    Hi David,

    You should use the Module Loader to install a module.

    Upgrade Wizard is used to upgrade your SugarCRM instance.

    Well, the upgrade wizard checks for permissions on all the files in the instance. The reason is that the core files are changed in the Upgrade process. During a module install, only a few files are changed and a folder with files is created.
