Upgrade Wizard stops with no error message

I try to upgrade from Version 4.2.1b.
1. I uploaded the file "SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.2.1-to-4.5.0.zip" with no erro.
2. I hit hte "install" button"
3. It takes me to the screen "Notice: Customized Layouts Found" where I click "Check All""
4. I hit "commit"
5. It takes me to the next screen:
Welcome to the new Upgrade Wizard
The new Upgrade Wizard will now resume the upgrade process. Please continue your upgrade.
6. It stops there.

The is an error message on the 1st screnn of the uopdate wizard
"Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file 'cache/upload/upgrades/patch/SugarSuite-Patch-4.0.1c.zip'"
I tried google and the forums here but could not find an answer.

Please disregard my thread. There is plenty of info avlble to fix it.
