We have a 2.0 sugar install we'd like to get up-to-date. The upgrade packages only go back to 3.5 so I'm at a lose as to where to start.

Any suggestions on how to get 4.2 installed while maintaining my 2.0 data? Is it best to just install 4.2 fresh and figure out a way of porting the data?
