After doing an upgrade from 4.2.1b to 4.5.0c we have the problem that in the search dialogs, the Search & Clear buttons appear twice, once in the old position on the right including the Advanced Option butoon and below the Search dialog where the Clear button generates a white screen.

We redid the migration, this time from 4.2.1 to 4.5.0. Here everything appears as it should. We then did an upgrade to 4.5.0c, everything again appears OK.

Looks like there is something different in the 4.2.1 to 4.5.0c patch than in the 4.2.1 to 4.5.0 patch.

Anybody else noticed this?
