'upload file not compatible' error installing 3.5.1 patch...

Anyone have a solution for this:

I am upgrading 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 via the 3.5.0c and 3.5.1ld patch sequence using the Upgrade Wizard.
the 3.5.0c patch installs correctly, but when I download and try to install the 3.5.1ld patch, I get
the error: 'The uploaded file is not compatible w/ current version(3.5.0c).

Using PHP4 and MySql 5.0

Try upgrading using the 3.5.1 release and then use the 3.5.1d patch.

Gave that a try, with the 3.5.1.la.zip file, and got the same message.

Any other option, such as removing the old version and reinstalling the new one?
One issue is: I have a big Sugar database going....

What matt was trying to say was to upgrade to 3.5.1 first. The 3.5.1a, b, c, and d patches are to be used once you are at 3.5.1. Please use the following file to upgrade:
http://sugarforge.org/frs/download.p...atch-3.5.1.zip

Once you have used that, upgrade using the 3.5.1d patch:
http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/downlo...tch-3.5.1d.zip
