upload patch

Hi, i trying to use the update wizard, without results, uploaded the patch to /public_html/crm2/cache/upload/upgrades/patch/
when i running the wizard, didtn regconize the file,

i trying to apply 4.5.0c patch.

i alreday try to find the solutions in the forums.

any advice will aprecciate,

Hi,

Not sure what you are dling here, so I will describe the normal procedure.

Download the patch to your local PC. Start Sugar and go the the Upgrade Wizard. Follow the instrcutions and when it asks for the file, select the patch (still as a Zip file), then contine following the instructions.
