Uploaded files with wrong permission

Hi,

I'm using sugar 4.2.0a. Users can upload attachments in notes and this attachments will stored in ..cache/upload. The permission of a stored file is 600 (only read and write by owner). Only with permission 644 users can open the attachments again. I don't know where I can change the behavier that attachments will stored with the right permission?

Any hints?

Upgrade to 4.5.0 solved the problem.
