Uploading new upgrades after 4.5 doesn't work

Hi,

when I tried to upload the google patch or the asterix integration patch via the Upgrade Wizard I get an error message. It looks like after the upload something is not working with the unzipping of the upgrade file:

Here the log from the upgradeManager.log file:

and then I see this error on my screen:

Error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid block size : 39

I searched the forums, but no help. Anybody knows what is wrong. I tested the uplaoded file, it is not corrupt and I can manually unzip it.
