Uploading Project Files

Is anyone else having issues with anonymous upload of project files to ftp.sugarforge.org?
Is there anyway to resolve the issues with uploading files through the admin page in Downloads.... Entity too large error?

Please help. I cannot release my new version!

DUH! The file already existed on the ftp server and therefore I could not create it. Sorry. NEWBEE
