    Default upper menu

    Hi,

can someone please tell me if there is a method to edit the upper menu (the one where it shows Welcome ... | My Account | Training | Employees | Admin | Logout | About)?
I would like it to show only Welcome ... | Admin | Logout even before logging in. Can it be done without editing the code?

    SugarCRM ver. 4.5.1 f

No, you would need to manually edit the files in order to manipulate those choices.

One of the files in question would be:

    include/globalControlLinks.php

Although I'm not sure if there is an upgrade-safe method of changing these bad-boys.

when you are familiar with PHP codes you can easily play with include/globalControlLinks.php file.instead of removing the Employees tab you can replace it with logout or some other links.

I am a newbie on sugarcrm but i have a basic knowledge of PHP codes. i tried to play and do some customization and it works for me . no doubt about it.
