Urgent!! Crashed it. Need help NOW!!!

Has the upgrade module probelm in the previous thread, so I just decided to try a silent upgrade, it can back and reported I had a wrong version, so I decided I would just wait...

Then one of my guys emailed me sugar was down.. UGHHHHH... this is the error.

Anyone out there who can help please call me at this point I will pay for the help.

Hi there

Apache user seems not be able to write into /var/www/html/crm/cache.

Make sure apache user has recursive read and write access to /var/www/html/crm/.

Thank you.. I reset permission on the CACHE dir to 775 and that resolved it so it comes back up..

It is now reporting 6.1.1 for my version (did the SilentUpgrade.php really work?)
