URGENT Error when trying to send user new password
Hello,
When I try to send a user their new password since I can not see it when they are added. I have included the error in a jpg file. If someone could please help that would be awesome. I have checked all my settings and I am not sure what to do.

it seems SugarCRM can not reach the smtp server.
It may be due either wrong credentials or firewall.
