Urgent Help! Email module

OS Windows 2000 (client side)
SugarCRM Community Edition 5.0.0b
Server Apache 2


What are the plug-ins available for SugarCRM email module like Outlander etc. by using which some of tasks are handled by this plug-in's and rest by sugarcrm's email module.

Or

Are there alternatives using which Emails can be sent and received faster which some of us might have discovered or some project or plug-in's?

or

are there other alternatives for EMail module of sugarcrm for sending and receiving emails with all functionalities of email module like email templates .

I need to perform each and every type of task of email module mainly email templates,sending and receiving emails and tracking emails through Email module and associating email with record or parent or module in sugarcrm.of sugarcrm or some other way but in a faster way.

Right now i have installed Outlander,but some error occurs during archiving emails to sugarcrm.
But if this is solved then only sending of email can be done from SugarCRM.



Please i need help, its been more then one week i have been trying for this but not been able to do much.

I sincerely need guidance and ideas.
Please help.
