Urgent help please

I just installed the new version of sugar in a clean linux server with the folowing settings:
PHP: 5.1.4
MySQL: 5.024a

All the instalation whent fine but when I go to register to the site there is no template and no information also, please see the attached image to undetsand what I am seeing:


I can't find a solution, please give me a clue if you can I'm running out of ideas.

This problem could be a couple of things. First are all the files present on the server in paticullar the themes directory. This may also be related to permissions if all the files are present.

Hi thanks, for the help, what permission you sugest for the themes dir, I will try to change all to 777, I'll let you know.

OK the Theme dir is in 755, I change it to 777 and we are still in the same situation.

I just find out that the permissions are different from a share server and a private one, no I'm working on a private one.

Ok I check and recheck all the permissions, and everything looks right, the theme dir is there and complete, the server is what it is recommended PHP 5.1.4 , MySql 5.0.24a and Apache 2.0.46, and MbString enable , the installation goes with no problems or errors, the data base is there, what i am doing wrong, If I can I will go back to version 4.2 but I updated the server for this new version 4.5h.
I am close to the limits, I will throw all my pc throughout the window, I will build a monument for the one who can tell me what I am doing wrong.

overwrite all file from the full sugarcrm install for the version you have. some files may have not copied over correctly.

OK, I check and recheck everything, permissions directories, versions, all and the problem persist, now I'm going down to Sugar 4.2.1, try to install and "MySQL version 5.0.24a-standard is not supported. Only MySQL 4.0.x and higher is supported." as I understand 5.0.24 is higher that 4.0.X, is there any what to show the installer this? if not it will force me to reinstall old versions of MySQL, I will not like to do that.
