Hi Guys

Need help urgently, im having problem with the css(or maybe not).

Im in windows + PHP5.2.3+MYSQL +APACHE

It's been fixed, i was using localhost when having this issue but when i use 127.0.0.1 then it's working.

But, that's for brand new installation,

i tried to import a database into it(backed up using cPanel from another server), then this problem jump out again.
