Hi,
We are using sugarondemand 5.2f in production,
Requirement : To assign a CALL/Remainder to user and send an email notification for the same.
I have setup sugarcrm 5.2f in my local machine and tested the webservice api.
Existing services have few limitations ie)
When we create a CALL through set_entry service
1. No email notification is sent to user.
2. Calls_Users relationship is not maintained properly
3. Date_End field is not updated properly.
we are able fix these limitations in sugarcrm 5.2f instance in my local machine. We need this behaviour to be incorporated in sugarondemand 5.2f instance in our production environment.
Can anyone pls suggest how we can do this ? We need this to be implemented in production.
