Urgent - How to implement sugarcrm fixes to sugarondemand

Hi,

We are using sugarondemand 5.2f in production,

Requirement : To assign a CALL/Remainder to user and send an email notification for the same.

I have setup sugarcrm 5.2f in my local machine and tested the webservice api.

Existing services have few limitations ie)

When we create a CALL through set_entry service

1. No email notification is sent to user.
2. Calls_Users relationship is not maintained properly
3. Date_End field is not updated properly.

we are able fix these limitations in sugarcrm 5.2f instance in my local machine. We need this behaviour to be incorporated in sugarondemand 5.2f instance in our production environment.

Can anyone pls suggest how we can do this ? We need this to be implemented in production.

I guess you will have a hard time to explain to Sugar that you want to change their source code. Afaik you cannot change anything (with the exception of MB and Studio), you can't even load an external module.

you must have been given some contact information - you must speak with Sugar directly.

You can contact Sugar's Professional Services group (via the Sales team) for further details and pricing. To contact Sales, you can call, email, or have someone call you. If you have the specific contact information of the sales rep you were working with for the deal, you can also contact this person directly.
