[Urgent] - Many interesting questions without answers...

Hello,

I am in an emergency, I study SugarCRM in order to integrate it, I need really urgent informations about the next subjects :

1 - Technical
-> Is there a limit about the number of manipulated records? If I have 3 millions contacts, is the application will still work? And about the database side?
-> About disk space? How is it manage? How many Gigabytes needs the application? Are there tables which are temporaly duplicated?
-> Is there a architecture schema of SugarCRM? of the tables? of technicals process? (activity diagrams or others stuff like that...)
-> How does the database's feed happen? ex : if I have 1500 new contacts to add every days in my database, can I do it simply? and above all, can I do it automatically (ex : in the night, without help of a human being) from a feed file (external) or another database ?
-> Finally, could you tell me where can I find informations about SugarCRM's software architecture ?

2 - Experience feelings
-> About specific developments, is it easy? what are the limits?
-> About integration and setup in a system, what are the encountered problems?

3 - Functionalities
-> Is it possible to export targets automatically to a file for post-processing?
-> Is it possible and easy to create a new job in the scheduler ? (ex : creation of a file of targets, daily, during the night)

4 - Support
-> I don't find any phone number for the support on the site... does it mean that all the support is by mail?
-> Are the time limits for response announced on the site (ex : 1H for a case level1 with SugarEnterprise) are respected ?

If you answer to a maximum of those questions, it will help me a lot... I am in the hury (deadline is in 2-3 days!)
