[URGENT]SugarCRM and InVox

I want to link SugarCRM to Invox. InVox asks for Username, URL and API Key. How do I get my API key?

this is a zoho issue .... Goto Setup--->Admin settings--->Generate API key

If you have an account with sugarcrm

URL is nothing but the URL you used to login into sugracrm account.

Ex:

URL: http://eval.sugarondemand.com/yoursugaraccountname (sugarcrm login account url)

For Invox URL would be: http://eval.sugarondemand.com/yoursu...tname/soap.php

For Username and API Key(Password) use your sugarcrm account username and password.

Once you have put your credentials - Invox will start capturing your phone calls directly into Sugar CRM. All calls are archived - call detail, voicemail (transcribed) and recorded call link go into CRM.

If you are using this for management, your employees can call and access CRM functionality like "Send email to John Smith" will search for John Smith, record and send the transcribed message as an email using Sugar CRM.
