At first I was targeting unified search because I had a predefined URL to enter the search contents in. My intention was that when a customer of ours called in, our PBX would push a URL to our computer with the contents of the caller ID. Since unified search is very complicated to work with, is there a predefined URL to search within the contacts module? I tried all combinations I could but it leads to an invalid page.
