Use Campaigns for Direct Mail

Hi All,
I want to be able to track mydirect mail campaigns in Sugar and see ROI etc however I cannot figure out how to do it.

Since the leads are calling in based on a direct mail out I do not have any web based url's to track responses etc. I want to simply be able to mark a lead as having been generated from a particular campaign and then if I close an opportunity generated from that lead I would have expected that opportunity value to appear as revenue when I check the campaign ROI.

Would really appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction on this one.

there is a campaign field in the leads module. Click the Select button and choose the campaign you created.

Similar to above, there is a campaign field in the opportunities module. When an opportunity closes because the person received your campaign, select the appropriate campaign. The dollar amount of the opportunity will then appear in the ROI

Thanks for the advice sugarcane. That is eactly what I had been trying but for some reason it was not working. I suspect that when I modified some of the opportunitystatus fields I have broken the link to the campaign so nothing was being updated. I have reinstalled SUgar CE and got all the default fields back and it is working now.
