Use company Logo?

Under the Admin tab - System settngs, There is a browser where you can upload your own company Logo. Or SHOULD be able to, but when I browse for the image and then save, nothing happens. What am I missing?

what i am doing is putting the image on the root directory of your crm.

Maybe it is just a browser caching issue. Try to reload the page with "Shift" + Reload.

This is quite amusing thoe.. =) I tried to do that at our demo verison we have and it worked, but when I tried at the verison that we use, the result was as usual. No image.. I know I have the right size and it's a png file.. I have no idea whats wrong..
Please help me..

No. The logo can easily be changed. It is include/images/company_logo.png (or .jpg), and the corresponding files in the various themes. I know that mine is the correct dimensions to fit the space available.

I am having the same problem, but only in Internet Explorer. My own company logo shows up just fine in FireFox. But, it is completely missing in IE. It is not just a caching issue.

On my home machine, when I try to reach the login screen with IE, I get this: A runtime error has occurred. Line 169. Error: Object required. I tried running the Debugger, but that didn't really reveal much more data to me (a non-programmer).

It would really be nice to get this fixed. Anyone have any ideas?

I sat down and had a little chat with our computer expert, and he said that the "main" crm that we use has other safty preferences, since its installed at a network. We haven't looked it up yet, seeing that we are to by the Pro edition, but you others may want to check that out.

I've downloaded FireFox and then tried to set our company logo again and it is still not showing up.
Any other suggestions?

Actually you have to go to themes folder and change the company_logo.gif and company_logo.png
you have to go basically to every theme and do the changes

It worked fine with me
